How to Get More Activity To Lose Weight
Weight Loss Success
If you want to lose weight, it is a good idea to have both aerobic exercise and weight training in your exercise routine.
Exercise requires time. It requires that you make your workout a priority. Therefore, you need to plan where, when and how much you are going to exercise.
If you are new to exercising, or you have not exercised in a while, it is important that you don’t over do it. Start out, slow and build up your time and intensity.
It is important that you do an exercise activity that you enjoy. I love to run and weight train. My wife loves to read her Kindle while using the elliptical. Find something and do it!
It is important to exercise 30 minutes to an hour, four to five days a week. Make it your goal.
If this helps you, it may be a good idea to track both what you do and your results. Track calories in a weight loss journal, keep track of exercises on a chart, and write down your weight daily on a calendar. Is this necessary? No it is not. However, many people find this to be useful in their weight loss and fitness endeavor.
If you want to lose weight it is a good idea to add more physical activity into your daily routine.
